Research on Pension Adjustment-Amplitude Based on Wage Growth Rate

Based on wage growth rate, the formulas of pension adjustment-amplitude are derived by previous year´s pension level and social average wage growth rate respectively in the paper. Then through empirical analysis, the authors determine moderate standard of pension adjustment-amplitude using moving average wage growth rate of three years, and find that the realistic adjustment-amplitude setting by average pension in recent years is five percent lower than the research result.
