Abstract :
A kind of Embedded System for Protecting Certificate Against Forgery is developed by combining with the Face Recognition and Two-Dimensional Barcode in order to help us identify the authenticity of certificate more easily. The system can accomplish the work of detecting and tracking the human face which is captured and collected by USB camera precisely with the help of motion tracking algorithm and then extract the facial features via HMM Model as well as PCA Model which is based on Wavelet with Atom Z51 processor from Intel as its platform. At the same time, the facial feature information will be stored in the Two-Dimensional Barcode after it is compressed with the method of embedded coding on purpose of resolving the problem of that the data occupy so much space; The forgery certificate can be indicated with enough proof because of Digital Signature Technology. It can be seen from the experimental results that the system can prevent certificate against forgery and has the good application value because it is armed with lots of advantages such as good usability, security, low error rate and reject rate by integrating face information, Two-Dimensional Barcode and digital signature together.
