Abstract :
Phenomenons such as ¿swell¿ exist in storing and transporting of packagings of air conditioners, which affect the safety of the packaging stacks and the product image. According to this, researches were taken out on aspects affecting the resistance capacity of boxes such as environment, material of boxes, and box structure design. By combining method of both design and experiments, we tested the resistance capacity of several types of corrugated boxes made by two types of five-layer corrugated cardboard using a resistance testing machine, on type 0201, type 0203, and improved type 0440. Experimental result shows that the improved type 0440 boxes have the best resistance capacity, and the type 0203 boxes are the worst. Structure design schemes were taken out according to the result to improve the resistance capacity of corrugated boxes.
