Abstract :
For observing the changing process of the micro objects in biomedicine area, micro image sequences need to be developed by extending the three-dimensional microscopic images in the temporal domain. Due to the slow changing rate of the micro object, micro image sequences have a large number of temporal redundancies. In order to improve the tracking efficiency, a novel scale adjustable frame mapping algorithm based on a three-dimensional wavelet transform was put forward, which achieves a much rapid scale adjustment of the micro video in the temporal domain and provides a novel resolution for the study of adjustable algorithm in micro-manipulation.
