Abstract :
A novel power supply featuring power factor correction (PFC) and fast regulation of output voltage is proposed. The circuit is formed by inserting a regenerative circuit between the bridge rectifier and the power transformer of an ordinary flyback power converter. The circuit topology, analysis, control and experimental results of the proposed PFC circuit are presented
