Abstract :
With the rapid development of economic on MICE (meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition), MICE industry has spawned many new industries, and the exhibition design industry is among them. However, the adverse development of the exhibition design industry hinders the development of MICE industry. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the exhibition design industry and the existing problems, this thesis aims to make a detailed study of effective management that ensure the rapid, steady and healthy development of the exhibition design industry. This whole thesis consists of seven aspects, including enterprise strategic management, brand building, the scale construction, etc.
