Abstract :
Patent documents contain lots of knowledge and information, such as design method, design technology and so on. Fully mining and discovering this knowledge can improve the innovative capacity and efficiency of a designer. This paper discusses how to apply the text mining technology in the patent document analysis. The method is discussed from two perspectives, which is patent new word detection and word´s similarity calculation. The experiment result shows the methods in this paper work well.
