Abstract
A new signal subspace projection approach for estimating the elevation angles of two targets within the main beam of a linear array is discussed and applied to the case of a radar target in the presence of multipath over a smooth surface. A correlation vector based algorithm is presented, which is computationally simple and suited for real time processing. Simulation results are also given to show the effectiveness of the new approach
