Abstract :
This paper presents order-recursive algorithms for the computation of the model parameters required in Multipulse Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) of speech in the case of autocorrelation and covariance methods. Its computational complexity is 2p2+ 4p multilications and divisions, where p+1 is the number of the model parameters. It is also shown, that the developed algorithm leads in a natural way, to lattice-ladder structures for multipulse LPC analysis of speech.
