  • Abstract
    Multi-color effect in Chinese painting has a special feature. To simulate its complex result of different color mixture in proportion, we introduced the calculation method of color mixture based on CIE-Lhs color model, and success to simulate the effect of pigments mixture superposition which fitting for the feeling of people through experimental analysis. Based in the method of multi-color effect, we introduce the concept of Pseudo-diffusion. The diffusion method of Pseudo-diffusion has a faster calculating speed and smaller occupancy in memory. The simulated results indicate that the color mixture effect based on CIE-Lhs color model is very lifelike in transition of brightness and saturation, and close for the realistic effect of paint mixture.
