Abstract
Fourier Transform Profilometry using linear CCD array is proposed in this paper. The digital sinusoidal fringe pattern is projected on an object surface. The object is moved by a linear motor stage and the deformed fringe patterns are grabbed by line-scan CCD camera. The object´s height distribution is measured by traditional FTP and π phase shifting FTP separately. Experimental results demonstrate that FTP using linear CCD array is effective for accurate 3D shape measurement.
