Abstract :
Estimation and control in Networked Control Systems (NCSs) is, by and large, an open problem. There are many effects that communication network introduce. In this paper, from both control and communication standpoint, the state estimation problems and the related estimation strategy in NCSs are studied, which mainly concentrate on several constraints: quantization issues, time delays and packet dropped by communication channel. A simple architecture for state estimation problem in NCSs with communication constraints are proposed and investigated.
