Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the impact for various factors to the national health care system, the paper determines the key primary and secondly metrics to evaluate the system and establish the evaluation system to health care system consisted of Health Degree, Medical Condition, Health Equity and so on. Normalizing the secondly metrics with Membership function, setting weighs for primary metrics through analytic hierarchy process (AHP), then we establish a comprehensive evaluation model. Then, taking USA, UK and other countries for example, the evaluation and analyses of health care system are presented. Furthermore, measures and accesses to its sustainable development of health care system are put forward accordingly.
