Abstract
This paper illustrates the main factors that affect the utilization of Distribution Network in Dubai. In addition, it demonstrates DEWA´s experience in enhancing the utilization, actions to overcome some technical limitations and real measurements of variables that can affect the utilization. The technical illustration can be considered as a real good model for Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC) since the environmental conditions are very similar to Dubai´s case.
