Abstract :
The humanized service designs of dress brand terminal become one of the key factors for success in dress market because of the dress production homogenization. The humanized service designs include the designs of sales environment, cash register and information desk and the fitting rooms, air conditions, fragrance, background music etc. The favorable terminal-serving environment represents the style and taste of brand, and has the active effect on the value and image of brand.
