Abstract
It is very important for oceanographers to build an oceanic spectrum database (OSB). Now it is possible to do so. A way for configuring OSB is stated in detail and the category of oceanic spectrum and formula of satellitic remote sensing data in OSB are briefly presented. An outline plan of classifying image information data processed is advanced. Methods for using OSB are also discussed
