Abstract :
The climate changes and still thinning sources mean that the effective using of energy is a key social problem. Buildings consume up to 49% of the total energy consumption, and the actual heating, cooling and lighting in residential and office buildings form about 40% of energy consumed in industrial states. The regulation of individual rooms can be designed so that it provides users with light, heat, cooling and fresh air exactly according to their actual needs, thus bringing savings. One of the progressive means for automation of buildings is a device using a KNX bus. Available information says that saving up to 80% can be reached by means of regulation of shading and light sources. This article deals with the results found out by monitoring of quantities in the laboratory equipped with blinds regulation and lighting regulation.
