Abstract :
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), as a new type of polymer materials, has been widely used in plastics and rubber production. Temperature is the main parameter of process control. Because of the delay and inertial characteristics of temperature, the ordinary cascade control is difficult to obtain good control effect. So, we design a grey PID controller based on the principle of grey model. The simulation results show that the controller has good resistance and stable robustness, and can improve the control level of system effectively.
