Abstract :
A mixed potential integral equation in spatial domain is used to numerically model multi-layered microstrip antennas. An equivalent multi-section transmission line is presented for a systematic evaluation of the corresponding Green´s functions. A Galerkin Method together with a set of linear basis functions is then applied for accurate characterization of microstrip patch antennas.
