Abstract :
A novel product data management mode, CVPDS (Collaborative Visualization Production Development System), which is based on the cooperative design and visualization technology, is proposed in this paper. It also analyzes and establishes the system frame, discusses the key technology of cooperative visualization development and the implementing management flat; studies the realization method of 3D virtual modeling based on network, the information visualization and so on, and then, proves the feasibility and the practicability of the CVPDS by the development and preliminary application of a prototype system, which gives a useful research on resource sharing and interactive technology under the advanced manufacturing mode.
