Abstract :
We develop simple solutions to estimation and control problems for systems with multiple delays. The so-called re-organized innovation approach will allows us to transform many complicated delay problems into delay free ones, which are applicable to standard Kalman filter forms. Then the optimal estimation and control problems can be solved in a simple and unified way by Kalman filtering.
