  • Abstract
    Rapid detection and discrimination of crop pathogens such as fungi and their spores has become a necessary aim of considerable importance. Fourier transform infrared spectrometry is a well-established method for the identification of fungi. In order to demonstrate the ability of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy for present important information of spores, FTIR spectroscopy was used for obtaining vibrational spectra of Sporisorium reiliana spores. The result showed that FTIR could obtain the information of fungi spores.
