Abstract :
In order to set up a kind of comprehensive decision-making support system of new CRM merged with know-how management, we must realize and adapt to the complex, mobile and distributive requirement for citation in the informative circumstances of internet. In the application of combined system of C/S and B/S, the new ideas of component design, Net technology and C# language, the data service level can be set up through Web Service to build a new CRM system on the basis of know-how management, which is characterised by high efficiency, practicality and great ability to develop.
