Abstract :
By using explicit dynamic simulation software ANSYS / LS-DYNA, the sugarcane-cutter system dynamics simulation model has been established. The precision of the simulation model was verified by physical experiment. The dynamics simulation of one-blade cutting sugarcane has been carried out. The research on one-blade cutting sugarcane process and the influencing mechanism of cutting force was done. The results showed that:1) The simulation model is applicable in the research on the dynamics simulation of one-blade cutting sugarcane.2) The main reasons for the damage of sugarcane are shear on the cutting edge, extruded and bended by the blade bevel.3) With the increase of the cutting velocity, blade angle and cutter angle, the maximum cutting force increases.4) The large proportion of the cutting force is the friction force. Reducing the friction coefficient between blade and sugarcane can effectively reduce the cutting force.
