Abstract :
In this paper the authors present a novel personalized system for virtual reality to allow system actively to recommend information to users according to their requirements and interests. Firstly, concepts, functions and constituents of recommended system were briefly introduced. Then, several main recommendation technologies such as information filtering recommendation, recommendation based on utility, and so on, were mentioned. Lastly, a virtual furniture and suite customization system with personalized recommendation was designed and implemented. Recommendation feedback was also introduced.
