Abstract :
In this paper we report on the photoelectron spectroscopy experiment results for polycrystalline copper obtained in the photon energy range 60≤hv≤200eV using synchrotron radiation. Analyzed the high-energy photoemission Cu the uniqueness spectrum peaks and Cu valance bands. Further, we give the difference sample Cu at normal and low temperature qualification using photon energy range synchrotron radiation. Finally, we obtain the most concentrated energy spectra peak with Cu, Au, valence band generated photoelectron spectra.
