Abstract :
This paper develops weaker conditions for guaranteeing the existence/uniqueness properties of solutions to ordinary differential equations by exploiting a novel notion of solutions called “order-r solutions” that was proposed recently. The conditions could form the basis for designing nonsmooth controls involving non-integer exponents
