Abstract :
The problem of designing a fixed H-suboptimal controller for a system with more than one operating condition is formulated. A controller having the structure of a generalized observer-based controller is used in the design. It is shown that the controller can be obtained from the H-suboptimal controllers designed for the individual operating conditions by selecting appropriate stable parameters. Using the parametrization result, a procedure for solving the simultaneous H-suboptimal control design problem is developed
