Abstract :
Many physical mechanisms are responsible for the energy loss in dielectrics, but in the each frequency range a dominating mechanism of losses exists. In microwaves, the dominating mechanism of losses for high e dielectrics arises from the polar (non-centre symmetric) phases. Experimental and theoretical investigations show that with the object of microwave dielectrics elaboration or application one need to avoid or to suppress any polar components in the dielectric composition. Dielectric spectroscopy method was used to study mechanisms of those dielectrics polarization.
