Abstract :
A simple time-variant stochastic radio channel model is proposed. The model includes temporal and azimuthal dispersion, polarization effects, fast fading, and dynamic evolution of paths. All relevant model parameters are extracted from extensive measurement campaigns in a typical urban environment
