Abstract :
In this paper, we define a new matrix corresponding to the transmission zeros of a linear time invariant system and design a loop transfer recovery (LTR) controller based on a functional observer having the same order as the number of transmission zeros. It is shown that under certain conditions exact LTR can be achieved by a single functional observer even though CB is not full rank
