Abstract :
In this work a technique for coherence and polarization modulation using 90°-twist nematic liquid crystal spatial light modulators (NLC-SLM) is presented. The change in the statistical properties of the light is achieved by means of computer generated random signals displayed in two 90°-twist NLC-SLMs arranged in an interferometric setup. The efficiency of the proposed technique is demonstrated with experimental results using commercial 90°-twist NLC-SLM specimen Holoeye LC2002.
