Abstract :
Electricity regulation is playing an increasingly influential role as an important part of the power marker construction. In view of serious constraints in power information resources management and sharing of the South China bureau, the design and realization of a power market information supervision system is put forward. The system takes the heterogeneous data integration as the vantage point, employs the XML and Web Services techniques, and uses object-oriented programming language Java to construct integrated data management platform. The application solves the difficult problems of cross-platform interact of each information system under supervision of South China Bureau.
