Abstract :
Currently the operation model of urban taxi system faces lots of defects and problems, it´s inevitable to solve problems and come up with a new program to improve this system, because of which the whole profit of the enterprise is low. In order to decline the rate of vacant transportation of the taxi, this paper analyses the main factors that may influence the efficiency of taxi operation and build up a probability model to put forward the program by means of simulated annealing algorithm and information system.
