Abstract
The synchronization of chaos is numerically demonstrated by four- terminal superconductive device which made of five Josephson weak- link junction referred to as “Josephson Tetrode” for the application of hundreds of gigahertz. The dynamics of electrical voltages across the junctions was calculated when one of the normal resistances is varied. The chaos synchronization was confirmed by using temporal waveforms and three- dimensional attractors. For chaos synchronization in communication application, two Josephson tetrode are next to each other. The first one is referred as “Master” and the second one is referred as “Slave”. For this purpose, a variety of normal resistance is being used in each Josephson tetrode. Finally, the random numbers from Josephson tetrode temporal waveforms are numerically demonstrated by optimizing the threshold voltage and the sampling time.
