Abstract :
Teachers of College English course are a special group who have access to a large amount of internal and external knowledge. On the basis of a knowledge management (KM) platform, the present study tries to apply the theory of KM to help construct the College English teaching team into a learning organization and improve their teaching and research capabilities.
