Research on Cycle-Fluctuation of Tianjin Real Estate

Real estate industry plays an important role in economy development of Tianjin. It is practically significant for Tianjin to get the rule of real estate development and analyze its fluctuation. In this paper, we first collected the relevant data of Tianjin real estate, and then adopted single index, complex index and diffused index to analyze the fluctuation of Tianjin real estate industry in recent years. Through the empirical study, we find that the real estate industry of Tianjin experience an integral development cycle in every three-year. This conclusion can offer some suggestion and reference for real estate-exploring investors, personal-housing investors and government offices.
