The Realization of the Passive Caller Resumption about Mobile System Core Pool

With the mature technologies and products, the next generation network has been more and more concerned in China. Chinese main telecom operators are beginning to associate test or structural network in order to expand their market. The article advances a new theory to solve the failure of the current communication networks that is the implementation of the passive caller resumption. It settles the problem of the passive caller resumption by part of recipient resumption and traffic. This brings forward a better plan to resolve the failure user isn´t the recipient user. It can make the passive caller return to normal in one second. This is the positive promoter action for perfecting the next generation network and it makes the next generation network a further improvement on the quality.
