Abstract :
Presents an identification algorithm based on overparameterized models and impulse response moments. Overparameterization permits one to obtain unbiased estimates whatever the stochastic process may be and without knowledge of the system´s model order. Owing to moments, one can get a minimal and equivalent representation of the system
