Abstract :
In this paper, the authors have noticed that fresh graduates with degrees from various engineering programs had limited contributions to projects. Lack of non-technical project administration skills and decreasing motivations increase the project risk for small teams and consequently their personal development is hampered as well. . Therefore, to prevent such a developments these entrants need to be monitored or mentored properly in order to be successful. In addition to above observations, it also noticed that new graduates also have either very limited or no idea about well known business solutions like CRM, SCM, Campaign Management, Financial Solutions etc. Since, these observations are common in the universities, it deduced that problem is independent from the university but it lies in the curriculum of the computer science departments. As IBM University Ambassador team, the authors decided to develop a course for Computer Engineering majors.
