Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the saddle-point equilibrium for continuous singular bilinear system control problem in the infinite time, conditions for the existence of saddle-point equilibrium strategies are given, and the saddle-point equilibrium strategies are derived. In the end, the simulation of a numerical example is presented.
