Abstract :
A 2 V 5th-order fully-differential continuous time elliptic filter is presented. It uses linear CMOS ultra low voltage transconductors. In a 1.2 μm n-well CMOS process, this filter can achieve a tuning frequency of 1.2 MHz-2.9 MHz with maximal 1.6 mW power dissipation at 2 V supply voltage. THD with 500 kHz 0.5 Vpp input signal is 0.66%. The IP3 of the filter is 18 dBm. This filter is proposed for wideband telecommunication systems, such as in GPS and IS-95 standards
