Abstract :
The necessary and sufficient conditions of domain stability of polytopes of 2D polynomials are established. The conditions are based on the edge theorem and convex directions. The number of edges to be tested can be reduced by the testing set constructed by us. An example is given to demonstrate the applicability of our new approach
