Abstract :
Based on AT89S52 MCU designed a blind people e-reader. Details are given in the e-reader hardware and software design. This blind e-reader can convert any Chinese or English document in the computer into corresponding Braille code available to the blind, tactile, can also enter from the keyboard and display, can achieve the recording and music player function, the system easy to operate, low-cost, greatly enhanced the ability of blind people access to information., may become widely used by the blind.
