Abstract :
The paper presents the automatic gap control of Plan View Pattern Control Mechatronics System of hot-rolled strip, with variable coefficients depending on the resilience of the stand and the resilience of the treated metal. The experimental stress-strain curves of the stand and experimental curves of oil thickness in the bearing are given. Methods of compensating the impact of various external factors on the accuracy of the system settings are considered. The results of testing the proposed regulator for hot plate mill 5000 are studied.
