Abstract :
The paper presented focuses on design, development, study and implementation of a device and technology of wagon bogie Y25Lsd testing. The device used for measuring includes 4 specialized force sensors incorporated in rail track. The wagon bogie is subjected to loading by forces in accordance with European standard EN 13775-4:2004. A PC controls hydraulic system, which sets the loading forces into effect. The loading values of each bogie wheel as well as loading geometric parameters are measured and recorded by means of DAQ. The system prints out protocols about the bogie serviceability.
