Abstract :
China´s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are undergoing rapid development, creating huge job opportunities and alleviating employment pressures. However, as China has practiced market economy for only quite a short period, its SME policy execution ability is still poor, limiting the development of SMEs. Based on the analysis of U.S SME policies and by taking China´s national conditions into consideration, this article puts forward some suggestions to improve China´s SME policy execution ability.
