Abstract
Considering the utility of nodes in distributed environment, a resource allocation method based on comparative advantage is presented, which achieves maximum system efficiency by making global equilibrium. Different from the neoclassical economics theory, the new classical economics theory achieve Pareto Optimality by tuning the allocation policy dynamically with the division of labor theory. Simulation result proves the method is effective and available in the distributed environment.
