Abstract :
Through molecular-resonant third-harmonic-generation (THG) in hemoglobin, in vivo molecular THG microscopy of erythrocytes can be realized without using fluorescence and exogenous contrast agents. Studies in live hamster oral cavity indicate its superiority to image angiogenesis.
