Study on Appraisal Index of Internet Eroticism

Internet is penetrating into every aspect of people´s life. It brought forth significant influences on us, involving negative and positive. Among these influences, the passive effects of online eroticism needed especially attention. The current paper aimed to explore the appraisal index of erotic information to offer foundations for online culture safety management. Empirical study indicated that the factors for appraising erotic pictures included exposed part and degree of body, figure´s action and expression, exposed goals of figure. The factors for evaluating erotic text involved description degree of sexual intercourse, and sexual organs, and dynamic degree of description. Based the study results, the appraisal standard and index of erotic pictures and erotic text were produced. At last, the suggestions for constructing internet safety system were discussed.
